 Concept & Direction is the first step of our architectural process.

It is a short, paid engagement where we develop a clear conceptual planning approach and overall direction for a project before moving into detailed design.

This service is meant for clients who want to understand what their project can become, not just how it might look

 Most projects face difficulties not because of poor execution, but because the direction was unclear at the beginning. Concept & Direction helps:

• establish a strong architectural idea
• align expectations of scope and budget early
• reduce confusion and revisions later

It creates a common ground for informed decisions

 During this stage, we:

• understand the brief, aspirations, and constraints
• study the site context and basic regulations
• develop one conceptual planning option
• define the overall architectural intent and priorities
• indicate a realistic budget range

outline the next stages of work, scope, timelines, and professional fees

 To maintain clarity, this stage does not include:

• multiple layout options
• detailed drawings for execution
• structural or services design
• contractor coordination or site supervision

 At the end of Concept & Direction, the client has:

• clarity on planning potential
• a coherent design direction
• realistic expectations of cost and scope
• a clear path to proceed further 

•   Projects up to 2,000 sq.ft.: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
• Projects between 2,000 – 6,000 sq.ft.: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000
• Projects beyond 6,000 sq.ft.: Depending upon the scope and nature of the proposal

If the project proceeds further, this fee is adjusted in the overall professional fee.
